Managing Your Google Listings in Localyser

Learn how to view, edit, and publish changes to your Google Business Profile listings directly from the Localyser dashboard.

🔍 What is the Listing Management Tool?

The Listing Management Tool in Localyser allows you to manage all your Google Business listings from one central place. You can:

  • View all your connected listings

  • Edit important business information

  • Track the status of your updates

  • Publish changes to Google with a single click

This makes managing your location data easier, faster, and more accurate.

From the Listings page, you can:

  • View all connected Google Business listings

  • Edit key information such as contact details, location, hours, and more

  • Upload and manage photos or media for your locations

  • Bulk edit several listings at once

  • Check listing status: In Progress, Verified, or Rejected

  • Search for a listing using the search bar

  • Refresh your listing data

1. Access the Listings Page

  • Go to the Listings section in your Localyser dashboard.

  • You'll see a table with all your current Google listings.

2. Find the Listing You Want to Edit

  • Use the search bar at the top if needed.

  • Click the ✏️ Edit icon (first column) to open a specific listing.

3. Edit the Listing Details
The edit view is divided into multiple tabs:

  • About: Business name, description, category

  • Contact: Phone number, website, social links

  • Location: Physical address, map location

  • Hours: Opening hours, holidays, special hours

  • Media: Photos, videos, and other media

  • More: Any additional editable content

You can also select multiple listings to apply changes in bulk.
Click any of the top buttons to switch between sections.

4. Publish Changes

  • After editing, click the Publish button at the top right.

  • Google will begin reviewing your changes.

🔁 Important: Click the blue refresh icon next to "Publish" to make sure you're seeing the most recent data.

📌 Understanding Listing Statuses

Each listing has a Status:

  • In Progress – Changes are under review by Google

  • Verified – Changes were accepted

  • Rejected – You’ll need to log in to your GMB account to confirm or fix the issue

➕ Adding New Listings to the Page

If you’ve added a new location but don’t see it on the Listings page:

  1. Go to 3rd Party Login

  2. Click Refresh Statuses

  3. Return to the Listings page and refresh
