You can reply to Google and Facebook reviews directly from your Localyser dashboard.

No need to open external sites. This guide explains how to use the direct response feature for quick and efficient review management.

💬 Replying to a Review

Click "Reply"
Go to the review you’d like to respond to and click the Reply button.
Choose a Category and Language
Select the appropriate category and language for your reply.
This helps organize your responses and makes it easier to filter reviews later.
Write or Select a Response
- Use a pre-written template and customize it if needed

Post Directly
Click Post directly to send your response straight to Google or Facebook. It will appear publicly on the review.
