Your Customer Care feature is deeply integrated with your standard Reviews page, allowing you to escalate negative reviews into trackable tickets without switching tabs.

How to Access:

Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Reviews.

Review Ticket Shortcuts

What it shows: A quick link connecting a review to its corresponding support ticket.

Additional details: If a review generated a ticket, a green Ticket button will appear directly on the review. Clicking it opens a side panel showing the ticket details, priority, and current status without making you leave the page.

Replying and Creating Tickets

What it shows: Options to escalate a standard review into a ticket while responding to the customer.

If a review didn't automatically generate a ticket, you can manually check the Create Customer care ticket box when typing your reply.

Add recovery form: If a customer left a negative review without contact details, click this button to insert a secure form into your reply. This allows the customer to provide their information so you can start the ticket resolution process properly.
