To measure its performance, Localyser provides detailed analytics you can easily access and interpret.

🔍 How to Access Feedback Analytics

  1. Go to the Feedback section from the side menu.

  2. Click on Analytics.

You’ll now see four graphs that give you insights into how your Feedback Tool is performing.

📈 Understanding the Analytics

Here’s what each graph means:

1. Funnel Activity

A funnel-shaped graph that shows the journey users take—from scanning the QR code to sharing a public review.

You’ll see:

  • Total visits to the Landing Page

  • Ratings submitted

  • Reviews shared online.

2. Sentiment Breakdown

A bar graph displaying how many customers rated their experience with 1 to 5 stars. It gives you a quick snapshot of customer satisfaction levels.

  • ✅ Positive reviews (4-5 stars)

  • 😐 Neutral reviews (3 stars)

  • ❌ Negative reviews (1-2 stars)
